Randy Arnold is the Director of Training and Development at Rytech Restoration, a water and fire damage restoration and mold remediation company based in Kennesaw Ga.

After completing his enlistment in the US Army, and exiting with an honorable discharge as a Sargent E-5, he began his career in water mitigation and mold remediation.

Quickly rising to the top of his peers and completing all the IICRC courses required, it was apparent that his attention to detail coupled with his leadership skills would serve him well as he became an owner operator of his own water damage / mold remediation company based in Georgia.

During his 8 successful years of operating his own company, Randy, began his journey as in IEP (Indoor Environmental Profesional) which he continues to practice still today.

Since joining Rytech’s team Randy’s dedication to training, leadership abilities and positive attitude has created opportunities to hold leadership roles such as Operations Manager, Field Service Coordinator, Rytech Corporate trainer.
