About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical, results-driven individual to join our team as a Program Engagement Coordinator. In this key role, you’ll work together with several teams to drive the successful setup and activation of new programs. Your primary focus will be to ensure franchisees are well-informed about new program offerings, actively encourage sign-ups, and track their engagement and success.
This position requires a blend of program oversight, data analysis, and franchise relationship building. You will provide essential insights and data to sales teams, ensuring they have the right tools to communicate program benefits effectively. You’ll also be responsible for performing periodic audits to track franchise activity, identify trends, and re-offer programs that were previously declined to maximize engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Setup & Activation: Collaborate with the sales and credentialing team to onboard new programs and ensure franchises are properly introduced to the offerings.
- Franchise Engagement: Drive franchise participation by effectively communicating program benefits and encouraging sign-ups.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular reports on franchise participation, trends, and program effectiveness. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Program Optimization: Periodically review program performance and re-offer programs to franchises that previously declined, ensuring the right value proposition is presented.
- Sales Support: Act as a key resource for the sales team, providing up-to-date data, insights, and feedback on program uptake. Help identify if a program is underperforming and suggest improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, franchise operations, and marketing teams to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of program initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative background with familiarity in mitigation, restoration, or insurance operations
- Understanding of claims process flow, TPAs, and carrier relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to track and interpret program data, franchise performance, and sales trends.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to engage with both internal teams, franchisees, and program clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of running audits and identifying key program insights that drive improvements.
- Self-Starter: Must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with multiple software systems and platforms to manage data, track metrics, and generate reports.

We are currently seeking applicants to fill open positions on our Mitigation Data Specialist (MDS) team.
**This position currently offers the ability to work from home after successful completion of training. **
What skills and qualifications make the best employee?
· Comfortable using different software systems and web-based programs such as Xactanalysis or CoreLogic (Symbility) , or a desire to learn.
· Estimating and project management experience using MICA, Dash, iRestore, Xactimate, or CoreLogic (Symbility).
· Strong analytical skills.
· Superior customer service with a strong desire to teach and support.
· Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
· Ability to create quality estimates in an expeditious manner.
· IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, and AMRT
· The ideal candidate can work flex-shifts between 8am-8pm with some weekends.
What are the core responsibilities of an MDS?
· Follow assignments from beginning through the end of their life cycle.
· Provide guidance to franchises and technicians during the life cycle of the claim.
· Give suggestions on job scopes and ensure accurate valuable estimates.
· Provide support to our carrier partners and other clients.
· Communicate and correspond with field operations, carrier partners, and TPAs providing exceptional customer service.
· Ability to write estimates in Xactimate or CoreLogic (Symbility) using scope details submitted via MICA
Job Type:
Full-time (40-hour work week), Currently Remote.
Compensation & Benefits:
Mitigation Data Specialist (MDS) shall be paid on an hourly basis for all work performed during the Workweek. Overtime is as needed.
