Southeast Regional Sales and Marketing Position - Rytech Restoration - A leading provider of water damage mitigation services in 23 states and growing.
Rytech Restoration, an established, rapidly growing 24/7 Restoration Company, seeks a REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR to work throughout Florida and the Southeastern US. The territory will cover Florida and the entire region and the position will also supplement our national marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will reside in Florida, have experience selling claims services for property insurance claims departments and possess an excellent reputation and solid business relationships in ourindustry.
Knowledge of water mitigation is a plus, but is not required.
Rytech is continuing to grow our business in Florida where we offer our services in every zip code in the state. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, enterprise sales to insurance carriers, Account Management of key accounts as well as planning and scheduling CE Workshops for the property insurance industry, planning local events for insurance agents and adjusters, and identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive business on the local and regional level.
Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel required. Customer Management Software experience a plus. Bachelor's Degree and/or sales experience with proven track record required.

**This position currently offers the ability to work from home after successful completion of training.**
Our company is looking for a first and third shift Client Services Agent to join our team. Our corporate office receives all inbound communications for our entire network. This position's primary focus is to provide top notch customer service and fast paced dispatching.
What skills and qualifications make the best employee?
- Comfortable using different software systems and web-based programs such as Xactanalysis, or a desire to learn.
- Estimating and project management experience using MICA, Dash, iRestore, Xactimate, or Symbility.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Superior customer service skills with a strong desire to teach and support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, and AMRT a plus!

What are the core responsibilities of an AR?
- Monitor account details for non-payments and open/aged receivables
- Goal - 50 phone calls a day to check on outstanding payments
- Work with external customers to satisfy billing inquiries
- Develop aging reports for franchisees you will be assigned to oversee
- Conference calls with Franchise Owners to analyze their open receivables and game-plan on how best to obtain outstanding funds
- Adhere to department policies and procedures
- Anticipate customer (internal and external) needs and foster excellent customer service
What skills and qualifications make the best employee?
- Experience in accounts receivable activities is desired
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working in QuickBooks
- The ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work with difficult situations related to collections

· Follow assignments from beginning through the end of their life cycle.
· Provide guidance to franchises and technicians during the life cycle of the claim.
· Give suggestions on job scopes and ensure accurate valuable estimates.
· Provide support to our carrier partners and other clients.
· Communicate and correspond with field operations, carrier partners, and TPAs providing exceptional customer service.
· Ability to write estimates in Xactimate or CoreLogic (Symbility) using scope details submitted via MICA
