Feb 20, 2021 " A homeowner called Rytech of Broward with limited knowledge of a neighbors water leak. They only know that it was impacting his villa. They noticed water damage in both bedrooms but couldn't tell about other areas in their home.
It was determined that the source of water came from the left side neighbor and the source was quickly repaired. Another mitigation company was on site for the neighbor but upon Rytech's arrival, the homeowner asked them to leave and requested Rytech to assist him with his damage as well.
Moisture levels were tested on arrival. Of the 5 areas tested " Master bedroom, master bathroom, master closet, bedroom 1, and closet 1, all were wet. Water mitigation started, drying equipment Installed and demo was stared the following day. After required demo, all rooms were tested for mold and cleaned to ensure the homeowners were safe to remain in their villas. Rytech processed both claims directly with Liberty Mutual and the water damage and mold remediation was quickly covered.
