Guiding Rytech to Greatness—One Course at a Time
We’re thrilled to shine a well-deserved spotlight on Randy Arnold, who was recently promoted to Director of Training and Development—the first to hold this pivotal role within the Rytech network. With a deep passion for coaching and a steadfast commitment to excellence, Randy is poised to shape the future of Rytech’s training initiatives from the ground up.

A Journey Rooted in Leadership
Randy’s career path is one marked by growth, resilience, and an unwavering dedication to service. Before joining Rytech, he proudly served as a U.S. Army Sergeant, focusing on coaching, training, and leading American soldiers. That foundation of leadership has stayed with him throughout his Rytech journey, which began in Atlanta as an Operations Manager.
Since 2015, Randy has worn many hats—Mold Operations Manager, NPR Supervisor, FSC, and eventually National FSC. Each step was a building block, preparing him to now take the lead on one of the company’s most impactful initiatives: network-wide training and development.
Pride and Progress
Among the many milestones in his career, Randy counts being named Team Member of the Year in 2019 as one of his proudest accomplishments. But when asked what has most influenced his career growth, he doesn’t hesitate: “Hands down, the corporate team and working with our franchises.” The camaraderie and collaborative spirit at Rytech have fueled his drive and helped shape his trajectory.
Training the Rytech Way
In his new role, no two days are exactly alike—but they all revolve around one mission: empowering the Rytech network through education. From course creation and content development to delivering CE-certified training online and in person, Randy is bringing fresh energy, innovation, and structure to the training program.
What excites him most? “The amazing team and the creative freedom to shape our training program.” And when asked to describe Rytech’s culture in three words, Randy sums it up with signature enthusiasm: “Fan Freakin Tastic.”

Beyond the Badge
Outside of work, Randy is as dynamic and unique as they come. A few things you might not know about him:
- He has an unexpected love for gnomes (yes, really!).
- He’s often found at the beach, on the gun range, or lifting weights in his downtime.
- His secret to staying productive? “Checklists. Checklists. Checklists.”
Words of Wisdom
For anyone just starting at Rytech, Randy offers this advice:
“Hard work beats talent every day.”
And the best professional advice he’s ever received? “Be quick to listen and slow to speak.”
Looking ahead, Randy sees even greater horizons. “In the next few years, I hope to become a VP or even a Chief Training Officer.”And with his track record, vision, and tenacity—there’s no doubt he’ll get there.
Thank you, Randy, for your leadership, passion, and dedication. Rytech is stronger—and smarter—because of you.
