At Rytech Restoration, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Each team member brings a unique blend of expertise, dedication, and compassion to help our customers and partners recover quickly after unexpected property damage. This month, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on Barb Lynch, our National Commercial Sales Manager, whose role is helping Rytech build and strengthen long-term commercial relationships nationwide.
Building Relationships That Last
For Barb, the most rewarding part of her role is turning a lead into a lasting partnership—not just for herself, but for the benefit of Rytech’s franchise owners and the commercial customers they serve.

Her path to Rytech began through a personal relationship with a Rytech employee. That connection gave her valuable insight into the company’s core values of caring, commitment, and compassion—values that resonated deeply with her own. When the opportunity to join Rytech presented itself, Barb says she felt honored to step into a role where she could help both customers and franchise owners grow.
One of her proudest accomplishments so far has been bringing in new national accounts that support franchise growth across multiple markets. “Rytech empowers its employees and champions our success,” she says. That culture of trust and empowerment has fueled her professional growth while allowing her to make a meaningful impact for Rytech’s commercial partners.
A Day in the Life of a National Commercial Sales Manager
Barb starts her mornings early, usually between 7 and 8 a.m. From there, her day is a busy mix of:
- Reviewing and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments for franchise owners
- Onboarding new clients into Rytech’s commercial programs
- Supporting partners with introductions, questions, or solutions
Her work bridges the gap between Rytech’s national commercial partnerships and the day-to-day operations of local franchisees. By helping bring in new clients and accounts, Barb plays a pivotal role in ensuring Rytech is always ready to support property managers, insurance carriers, TPAs, and commercial businesses with reliable restoration services.
Flexibility is another aspect of the job she values highly. Between working from home, traveling to support franchise events, and connecting directly with owners, Barb thrives in a role that keeps her engaged and connected to people.
A Culture of Caring, Commitment, and Compassion
When asked to describe Rytech’s culture in three words, Barb chose caring, committed, and compassionate. Those values aren’t just words on a page—they guide how Rytech approaches customer care and professional relationships alike.
From her perspective, every account is an opportunity to build trust and show that Rytech is more than a service provider—we’re a partner in recovery. That mindset aligns with Rytech’s promise: Fast. Efficient. Consistent. Restoration.
Life Outside of Work

Beyond her role at Rytech, Barb has a fascinating background. She’s traveled to nearly 30 countries on missionary trips, where she’s had the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life.
When she’s not traveling for work or missions, Barb enjoys reading, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with her family—especially her grand kids. Staying organized is part of her DNA, and she admits her favorite productivity hack is keeping a daily to-do list. “I love checking things off,” she says with a smile.
Safe Water Project – Making a Global Impact

Barb’s commitment to helping others extends beyond her professional and personal life. She is also the founder of the Safe Water Project, a non-profit dedicated to improving access to safe, clean water in communities around the world.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide safe water to communities in need through sustainable projects. We believe that access to safe water is a basic human right and essential for the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Through partnerships with local organizations and communities, we work to implement long-term solutions that address water quality and accessibility issues.
Her leadership with the Safe Water Project reflects the same compassion and commitment that she brings to Rytech every day.
Words of Advice

For anyone just starting their career at Rytech, Barb offers straightforward advice: “Give it your all.”
The best professional guidance she’s ever received? “Accept the things I cannot change.” It’s a mindset that keeps her grounded while navigating the fast-paced world of commercial restoration partnerships.
Looking ahead, Barb envisions herself managing even more commercial accounts that fuel franchise growth nationwide. With her drive and passion, that future is well within reach.
Why Barb’s Role Matters for Rytech’s Commercial Customers
Commercial property owners and managers face unique challenges when disasters strike—whether it’s water damage, fire, storm events, or mold growth. Business interruption can mean lost revenue, safety concerns, and urgent pressure to recover fast.
Barb’s work directly supports Rytech’s ability to:
- Provide rapid response within hours of a loss
- Mobilize IICRC-certified technicians who follow ANSI/IICRC S500 & S520 standards
- Deliver consistent commercial restoration services nationwide
- Help businesses and property managers get back to normal with minimal downtime
By building relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, and commercial accounts, Barb ensures that Rytech is always positioned to deliver fast, reliable, and compassionate restoration services when they’re needed most.
