David's story with Rytech began in the field—as a mold technician working for a local franchise. From day one, he poured everything into learning the ropes, mastering his craft, and earning trust through action. His dedication paid off quickly. He was promoted to Operations Manager, and under his leadership, the franchise skyrocketed from $350,000 to over $2.5 million in annual sales—a remarkable feat at a time when Rytech offered only water and mold services.
Turning Points: Choosing Rytech and Building the Future
When that franchise transitioned back to corporate ownership, David was faced with a decision: follow the former owners to a new venture, or stay with Rytech. He chose Rytech—and in his own words, "it turned out to be a fantastic decision."
That decision led to a pivotal opportunity: David helped create and shape the Field Services Coordinator (FSC) role and became the first to hold the position. From there, he was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations, and now steps into his third promotion—National Field Director—to support and strengthen Rytech's growing franchise network nationwide.

"Matt's genuine care for people is a trait that I greatly admire and strive to incorporate into my own managing style.," David shares.
"Ben taught me the value of steady decision-making and how to lead without emotion clouding judgment. He dedicates a lot of his time to developing others, and this commitment has been incredibly impactful for me."

As National Field Director, no two days are the same. David starts by supporting the FSC team and ensures they're set up for success. From coordinating with departments to jumping into problem-solving meetings, he remains hands-on and tuned into the daily operations that drive franchise performance.

When he's not on a call or visiting a franchise, you'll find David at the drag strip building fast cars, kayaking with his family, fishing, or hiking near his hunting camp in Tennessee. His go-to productivity hack? A solid task list with big goals at the top—and a belief that "idle hands are the devil's workshop."
